 Our Collaboration Installation Intake form helps Bradfield’s gather the project details needed to properly scope, design, and prepare for your AV installation. Whether you are planning a new conference room, upgrading an existing meeting space, or standardizing collaboration technology across multiple rooms, this worksheet gives our team the information we need to move faster and more accurately. 

 By completing this form, you help us understand your space, your goals, your technology preferences, and any site-specific considerations that could affect installation. The more detail you can provide, the better we can recommend the right solution and prepare for a smooth deployment. 

Use this form if you are:

  • Planning a new collaboration or conference room installation
  • Replacing or upgrading existing AV equipment
  • Standardizing Teams Rooms or meeting room technology
  • Preparing for a remodel, expansion, or room refresh
  • Coordinating with IT, facilities, or leadership on a new AV project
